The Men’s team was established in 2010 by a group of former Glasgow University Students who wanted to continue playing lacrosse after they graduated. Since forming in 2010, the Lions have produced many players who have gone on to represent Scotland in international competition at both U19 and Senior level.

 

The Glasgow Lions play in the Scottish Men’s Lacrosse League and enjoys a fierce rivalry with Edinburgh City. We cater to all abilities, from complete beginners, right through to those who have played at international level. All our coaches have had experience in domestic leagues as well as international competition.

 

We welcome all players, new or experienced who wish to join us. We have club kit for new players to borrow; you only need to bring a mouth guard, water bottle and appropriate footwear for sand based astroturf.
